This year's Christmas Fayre will be held on Saturday, 24th November in Swallowfield Parish Hall from 10am to 2pm.
We hope to offer something for everyone at our Speciality Coffee Morning and Christmas Fayre. You can do so much Christmas shopping so easily, in such a jolly atmosphere; so much conversation to be enjoyed over one or two cups of coffee (not to mention mince pies and cakes) and this year, in particular, there is so much more for the children to enjoy, including Santa’s arrival at 11.00am, a visit to him in his grotto and fun to be had in the activity corner.
We would also welcome your help. Donations of the following items will be invaluable:
* Arts and crafts, paintings etc
* Unused gifts
* Nearly-new clothes and accessories
* Jewellery
* Home-made cakes
* Unused Christmas and greeting cards
* Preserves and pickles
* Donations of goodies to make up the raffle hampers
Please phone Terry Pitt on 0118 988 4629 or e-mail terryandmelvyn@aol.com. You can also bring non-perishable donations to All Saints’ Church between 2.00 and 4.00pm on Thursday afternoons or on Sunday mornings before or after the morning service.
