Sing Handel's MESSIAH in Swallowfield EASTER MONDAY, 17th April 2017 at 7PM
We are delighted to announce that the Farley Singers Chamber Choir is organising a performance of Handel's ‘Messiah’ in All Saints’ Church, Swallowfield.
Professional organist, trumpeter and solo singers have been engaged for this performance which will be directed by David Walder. We know that there are many local singers who would like to join the Community Choir to sing the seven major choruses with the Farley Singers.
There will be three rehearsals for all and extra practices for those who might like more help. If you are not a singer, please come and support us on the day. There is no charge but everyone will be invited to make a charitable donation.
This is an amazing opportunity which we hope you will not miss! Rehearsals for all: Tuesday 28th March at 7.30pm. Wednesday 12th April at 7.30pm (dates to be confirmed).
Rehearsal on the day (17th April) 2.00pm to 4.00pm.
Deadline for signing up to sing: Friday 17th February.
